Delete your account

1. Open Trod and go to the You tab.
2. Open Settings.
3. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm when prompted. This cannot be undone.

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in details
• Your explored map (everywhere you have revealed)
• Landmarks you have found and your walking progress
• Your profile and any saved preferences

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not keep a personal copy of your data after your account is deleted. Anonymous, aggregated crash diagnostics that cannot identify you may be retained for stability.

Email ajruli.omar@gmail.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will complete the deletion within 30 days and confirm by reply.
